Overview➔

Our floor standing prize wheels are fully bespoke and made to order in the UK. Each wheel is engineered for reliability, fairness and ease of use in commercial environments. Manufactured using a black painted solid upright incorporating a fold-down design and a black melamine-faced wheel with barbed edging for durability. Built for repeated commercial use and fully assembled before delivery.

Wheel sizes➔

Wheel diameters from 80cm to 1.8m+ with configurable section counts from 12 up to 100. Overall height and footprint vary depending on wheel size and base configuration with larger formats available on request.

Sections➔

Common configurations include 12, 16, 18 and 20 sections. Wheels can be produced with mixed-size sections or up to 100 segments where required. Pins are evenly spaced to maintain consistent clicking and reliable stopping positions. The number of pins does not need to match the number of sections, allowing fair play regardless of layout.

Magnetics➔

Optional magnetic interchangeable sections allow prizes or games to be changed without replacing the wheel. A white ferrous backing is supplied as standard, with printed artwork beneath the magnetic layer allowing for prizes or games to be swapped easily.

Front Options➔

Matt vinyl prints are supplied as standard. A dry-wipe gloss finish is available as an option for write-on, wipe-clean use. Wheels can be supplied with a spinning front as standard, or upgraded with a static front panel, LED static front, fixed surround, LED surround or bulb-backed surround. Spinning front (standard), static fixed front panel for branding (optional), LED-lit static front panel (optional).

Other Options➔

A heavy-duty shaped base with a barbed edging for durability is standard. There is an option to add lockable castors to the base for ease of movement across flooring. You can include a branded base board, a carry case or flight case if you wish.
